Every Drop Creates a Lasting Ripple.

The global water security crisis, even with innovation and technological progress, continues to plague millions of people world-wide. Even with so many people inflicted, there are even more people who don't realize the real need for water security. That's where The Drop Project comes in.

Founded on the belief that one student can make a difference, The Drop Project empowers youth to raises awareness about the global water crisis and take meaningful action toward change.

Why water?

It all started with an Earth Day Event in 2023. That's where a life-long connection with Arnie Eastburn, CEO and Founder of Water4Life Mozambique began. From there, the education of what the organization did drove the vision of collaborating through The Drop Project. In rural communities in Mozambique, Africa, girls often travel miles just to collect water. This water is often full of diseases, and creates challenges through unsafe conditions. This daily burden, specifically targeted towards young girls steals their, time, health, education, and opportunities to fulfill dreams.

The Drop Project began as a student who developed a passion for advocating and educating those around her to be aware of the global security issue. Through this passion, a 5 week comprehensive curriculum was developed. With a simple yet powerful mission- One student. One mission. One world.- The Drop Project calls students everywhere to:

  • Educate themselves and others about the global water crisis

  • Advocated for clean water through storytelling, art, and public speaking

  • Collaborate with organizations that bring real solutions to real communities

  • Fundraise to support clean water projects around the world
